Delivery & Order

When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, the manufacturing of products, and delivery (free) require our team a maximum delay of 10 to 15 working days. We do everything possible for you to receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

How much does delivery cost?

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free (excluding overseas territories).

My order is not complete

If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be senté separatelyéé, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses⟦3⟧. Don't worry⟦5⟧, your package will arrive shortly.⟦6⟧

I have not received my order

Overseas France (DOM-TOM)

Deliveries to overseas France (DOM-TOM) are générally longer (up to à 2 months à from the order date) to remain financially accessible. An additional coût will be requested for the following countries: Guadeloupe, Guyane, La Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte, Nouvelle Calédonie, Saint-Barthélémy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Martin, Wallis-et-Futuna, Polynésie Française. 

Cancellation & Returns

Can I modify my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not ’« in processing ».

Can I cancel my order?

It is absolutelyà possible to cancel your order! If the order is alreadyéà being preparedé, the cancellation fees’ will however’é amount to 40% of the purchase price.

I wish to return an item

We are only able to d’accept a return in case of a defect avéré of the product.

Our items undergo very strict quality contrôls before each shipment. However, if your products show any manufacturing défect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in its original packaging if possible) à contact@arroseur-arrose.com along with your order numéber. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

L’Arroseur Arrosé® shipsé its products worldwide legallyé. However, the buyer⟦6⟧ is responsible for import taxes⟦7⟧ in their country; we disclaim all responsibility⟦9⟧.
